Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ZenShiksha ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis based on the plan you select. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZenShiksha and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZenShiksha, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
